By placing an order with InnoThread Graphics you agree to all the terms and conditions.

InnoThread Graphics reserves the right to ship and charge +/- 5% (underage/overage) of your order.

If you would like your design to be printed at a specific size you must notify us before placing your order. Otherwise we'll use standard shirt sizing and best judgement. You must also notify us before placing your order for color matching. Since all of our apparel is screen printed an exact color match is not possible, but we can get it extremely close to it.

If the design was not printed due to errors by InnoThread Graphics, we will do a reprint free of charge. Fonts smaller than 6 pt. and lines 1 pt. or smaller may not print well and is the customers responsibility. Electronic proofs supplied before placing your order are primarily setup to show you the location of the print(s) on the t-shirt or other garment. It does not always display the appropriate image size in contrast to the shirt or garment. Please use the image dimensions supplied below your proof for approximate image sizing.

InnoThread Graphics reserves the right to not print any design that promotes or displays violence, sex, drugs or any other immoral subject.
