Shipping & Delivery: We use UPS to ship your order. Standard orders are shipped via UPS ground and can take anywhere from 1-6 days for delivery. You will be notified when your package has shipped and will receive a tracking number.
Privacy & Security: InnoThread Graphics uses SSL to make sure your transactions are secure. No information you supply on this website will be sold or shared with a third party.
Returns & Replacements: Custom decorated apparel cannot be returned for any reason besides an error on our part. If you think there has been an error in printing or embroidery or the item is damaged you must contact us within 3 business days for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted after 3 business days. We reserve the right to either reprint the garment or issue a refund.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions: All payments for orders must be received in full before any custom decoration can begin. Pricing is subject to change and quotes are only valid for 30 days. Promotions cannot be combined with any other special offers.
Viewing Orders: You can view the status of your order by logging in to your account.
Updating Account Information: Log in to your account to make the necessary changes.
