Product Disclaimer
By placing an order with InnoThread Graphics you agree to all the terms and conditions.
Due to the nature of printing InnoThread Graphics reserves the right to ship upto a 2% (underage) of your order unless otherwise specified.
Print Sizing: If you would like your design to be printed at a specific size you must notify us before placing your order. Otherwise we'll use standard shirt sizing and placement with our best judgement.
Color: You must notify us before placing your order for color matching. Since all of our apparel is screen printed an exact color match is not possible, but we can get extremely close to it. For color matching we will need to be supplied with the specific color code from the Pantone Coated Color book. When a Pantone color is not specified we will convert the CMYK values in your artwork to the closest standard ink color or Pantone color.
Guarantee: If any prints have errors by InnoThread Graphics, we will do a reprint free of charge. We will also pay the shipping to return the previous apparel.
Delivery Guarantee: If the customer supplies a deadline or event date, InnoThread Graphics will guarantee the order be ready by or before the date. When shipping an order we can only guarantee and provide proof that the order was sent out on time for delivery on the due date. We cannot be held responsible for errors by the carrier or for weather conditions or natural disasters that may delay a shipment.
Artwork: Fonts smaller than 6 pt. and lines 1 pt. or smaller may not print well and is the customers responsibility. Electronic proofs supplied before placing your order are primarily setup to show you the location of the print(s) on the t-shirt or other garment. It does not always display the appropriate image size in contrast to the shirt or garment. Please use the image dimensions supplied below your proof for approximate image sizing. Low resolution artwork will print poorly and is not InnoThread Graphics responsibility. Best art files are the original created files in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (300dpi).
InnoThread Graphics reserves the right to not print any design that promotes or displays violence, sex, drugs or any other immoral subject.
