Return Policy for Custom Decorated Apparel

At InnoThread Graphics, each custom t-shirt is made to order based on your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preferences, or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your custom t-shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To qualify for a return or replacement due to a defect:

• You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Provide a clear photo of the defective or damaged item, along with your order number.
• The item must be unused and unwashed.

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Examples of Acceptable Defects:

• Misprints or design errors not matching the approved design
• Tears, holes, or other fabric defects upon arrival
• Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design)

Non-Returnable Situations:

• Incorrect sizing due to customer ordering error
• Minor color variations from screen to print
• Customer dissatisfaction with the design after approval
